Chef Loo personally greeted my family to ensure a wonderful experience. From the friendly, genuine greetings, to the 360 views of the Charlotte skyline, to to one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had and a meal that was divine, we were spoiled with this exceptional experience. Delicious! The Asada experience was so flavorful and hit the spot. Such a vibey restaurant. I do miss the tuna app tho, that was incredible!

I've been going to Dolce for 10 years, never had a bad meal or experience. Definitely two big thumbs up . Best Italian food in Charlotte

We had the Chilean Sea Bass over Risotto. It was delicious and prepared to perfection. The wait staff was tremendous. I will go back again. We also had the lobster bisque and it was so good. It was a great evening.

We recently enjoyed the Feast of the Seven Fishes at Chapter 6, and it was a great dining experience. The pacing of the seven-course meal was well-timed, allowing plenty of time to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. Our server, Tanner, was friendly and knowledgeable, which made the evening even better. The dishes were all well-prepared and paired nicely with the additional cocktail, making for a satisfying meal. Chapter 6 delivered a pleasant evening overall. We’d definitely recommend it for a special occasion or a unique dining experience!
