Even then, the food can be hit or miss. However, the New Year's Day Buffet at the Marseille was very well executed. The beef steaks were a perfect medium rare. The salmon and the roasted chicken were tender and moist. The mussels were dressed well. There was a seafood section, raw oysters and clams, and extra-large shrimp.
