We were seated immediately. Wait staff was very attentive. Drink selection was outstanding and the drinks were delicious. Made very well. The selection of entrées was great including the children’s menu. Everyone in our party was able to get something they enjoyed very much. The table side guacamole was delicious and included freshly made chips that were still warm. First time coming here upon recommendation from my daughter and we will definitely return next time. It is prepared with pork belly meat braised in duck fat for four hours. It is served with apple marmalade, caramelized scallops and house made kale chips. The ‘famous rigatoni Bolognese GF' pasta is prepared with sweet Italian sausage, milk-fed veal, pomodoro tomato cream, fresh ricotta, grana padano parmigiano cheese and fine herbs. I've been dining at CaraCara in Farmingdale for a number of years and was glad to have one open up nearer to my home. Service was outstanding as was the food. Welcome to the neighborhood!
We were a party of eight with reservations and we showed up early. We were seated immediately. Wait staff was very attentive. Drink selection was outstanding and the drinks were delicious. Made very well. The selection of entrées was great including the children’s menu. Everyone in our party was able to get something they enjoyed very much. The table side guacamole was delicious and included freshly made chips that were still warm. First time coming here upon recommendation from my daughter and we will definitely return next time. We are in the area.
