We took and out of town guest and ordered a starter, three entrees and two deserts. Fernando was led our waitstaff and was outstanding in his attention and his team equally as engaged. The entire staff of Pink Adobe was busy, helpful and uniformly pleasant. The food was excellent. Fresh shrimp, beautifully cooked filet of beef and the churro's and lava cake were excellent. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the very well prepared decaf Americano's which accompanied our dessert.
