Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product. “We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you. There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible. The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. Fantastic food , especially the lamb shoulder was exquisite. The service was outstanding . I wish i remembered the server’s name because he was a very polite, professional and great. I would love to visit again. My wife and I had a great time on our anniversary dinner and the that place made sure that we felt it was incredible and special.

Always outstanding. It’s great for vegetarians and meat lovers. The jeweled rice is not to be missed, an absolute delight. The way each dish was layered in flavor is just masterful and truly difficult to replicate. On the pricier side, it is a treat and perfect for special occassions.

An amazing dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was very elegant, creating the perfect atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Terrific food, service and reasonable pricing. Large room with a big group when we were there, so a bit loud. Otherwise a great facility. The bar would be a nice place for a more intimate experience.
