In the Middle Eastern culture, meza (Lebanese term for appetizer) consists of a vast array of small sized, hot and cold dishes, great for sampling and sharing. At Carousel, our menu offers a selection of kebabs to seafood to an array of vegetarian items. We offer more than 60 meza items, ranging from familiar dishes, such as hummus, falafel and tabouleh to more traditional delicacies. Everything that we serve comes from original family recipes passed down through generations. With the supervision of our Chef de Cuisine and co-owner, Mrs. Rose Tcholakian, each dish that is served is sure to bestow the quality and freshness Carousel is well known for.     ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Carousel is a gem for Lebanese-Armenian food! Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful—the tabbouleh, kebabs, and especially the baklava were standouts. The service really made the experience special. Sako, the manager, was welcoming and checked in to make sure we were happy. Fadi, our server, was attentive, friendly, and gave great recommendations. Great food, amazing service—I’ll definitely be back!

    Perfect for a first experience. The food was amazing the portion size was perfect. And the potatoes 🥰 I’m definitely coming back for more. Great environment the waiters and waitress were very attentive. I definitely recommend Laya ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Everything we arder we was very good. The branzino sashimi, the Barbie roll, the short rib flat bread, the shwarma tacos, and the chicken tenders were all so good. Would be back just for the food.

    First time but certainly not the last! Warm greeting from the valet, followed by the same from the hostess. Pleasant professional warm. Seated immediately Waitperson(Jordan) was friendly and as first timers we leaned on him. A great trust Several of the Mezze followed by the Dourade, sunshine carrots, and a potato dish. All were just off the charts taste wise and presentation wise. Waitstaff, food runners and bus staff top notch. Will return soon
