Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product. “We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you. There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible. Terrific food, service and reasonable pricing. Large room with a big group when we were there, so a bit loud. Otherwise a great facility. The bar would be a nice place for a more intimate experience.

What an incredible experience 😊 Skylight exceeded my hopes, let alone my expectations. I love the casual, comfortable yet sophisticated environment, the perfect lighting, the extra high ceiling and cityscape through the tall windows, and the comfortable choice of seating. I also love the mix of comfy benches, comfy couches, and comfy chairs along with more traditional seating and a beautiful bar in the middle.However the best part was the food and service. The menu is exotic yet approachable, and the staff is wonderful. It's obvious that management is out to create a complete casual dining and lounging experience. This is not just a place we will go back to, it's a place we intend to become regulars at. I can't wait to enjoy a weekend evening with live music or a DJ.Thank you!
