Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product. “We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you. There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible. The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. Amazing experience, first time there…Greater was friendly & smiley..Saiyeed our waiter was amazing, from welcoming us to making suggestions to giving us time in between courses to checking on us if anything was needed, he’s a waiter every restaurant should have. What to say about the food?? AMAZING, FLAVOURABLE, great portion size & lots of variety…Restaurant was super clean, washrooms super clean & the ambiance was amazing…if you have a special occasion coming up visit this location…Thank you for a great night

An amazing dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was very elegant, creating the perfect atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Terrific food, service and reasonable pricing. Large room with a big group when we were there, so a bit loud. Otherwise a great facility. The bar would be a nice place for a more intimate experience.
