This unique collaboration skillfully blends tastes from his homeland with a Queensland inspired twist, expertly prepared by our passionate chefs at Lyrebird under his guidance. For matinee goers, you can enjoy a delicious touch of elegance with a handcrafted Lyrebird High Tea, before your show. $25 per person or $30 per person including a glass of bubbles. Available only for select matinee shows. The quintessential QPAC experience begins at the Lyrebird.

    Fabulous experience at Essa yet again! Adrien & Maggie were purely delightful and we really enjoyed their impeccable level of service! Adrien is such an amazing Sommelier and his knowledge of wine is next level! Set menu was not what we had anticipated (we weren’t advised of it when we booked months ago), however it was divine and incredible value. Wow, just, what a fabulous evening and we will be back for sure!

    We enjoyed eating outdoors in the evening with live music and all the trees all lit up made it all just so beautiful. We have never been disappointed with the food and service. Even though officers mess lost their roof recently, they have created a great outdoor area. It’s very versatile so you can either go casual with your fur baby or more smart casual - I highly recommend going.

    While normally this venue is for those seeing a show at QPAC, this venue is also excellent for any occasion. All of the dishes we ordered were at the perfect portion for sharing, well seasoned, and fresh. The servers were also happy to accomodate us as we were the last ones out for the evening. We will happily visit again
