Dear Richmond,This little restaurant is pour love letter to food. It's our happy little place, where we get to live the the joy of feeding people everyday. We all grew up in spaces that equated food with love, just like this place. Everything we have done here is deliberate, from the art on the walls to the produce we use. We've made a point of sourcing ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the state, making sure that our menu reflects what's in season. Carlton wine room is a well oiled machine. A genuine effort to make the dining experience special but still remain approachable and keeping the vibe. Took my partner there last night for her birthday and it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a few years. Well done guys, we’ll be back!

Our second time coming to Deep End. We went for the Chicago & New York Styles. Highly recommend. So delicious. The dough and base quality are just perfect. Friendly service. A busy night, so a bit of a wait, but it didn't bother us.
