We are reopening 25 February 2025 with our new students. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. For group bookings of 11 people or more please contact us by phone 02 7920 0909 (9am to 4pm) or email si.theapprentice@tafensw.edu.au. Payment in advance is required for group bookings. We accept payment by EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cash or split bills. There is one bill per table.Dietary requirements must be advised 24 hrs in advance.

Sneaky Possum is a locals haunt that has every base covered. Open Monday to Saturday from Midday to Midnight. The Gastro bar menu is available around the clock and is a three prong attack with fresh healthy Bowls, delicious Burgers and a Boujee section where head chef Ndeke can let loose his creativity. The cozy front bar is a great place to get to know the possy and perouse the food and drinks on offer. Choose from some of the Country’s best craft brewers on our 6 taps, a great local wine menu, a sharp cocktail list and an extensive and ever growing Australian focussed back bar boasting over 400 bottles including 40+ Aussie gins. We also love to cater for the non boozer and have a bounty of local teas and infusions, coffee, non alcoholic gin and our house favourite, Sneaky Gum Soda. Complimenting the venue is the Sugar Glider Gallery upstairs, hosting a local artist monthly, weekly comedy nights and the perfect bespoke spot to have a private event or function of your choosing.
