A Culinary Gem in Sydney: A Celebration to Remember We had the pleasure of celebrating my father-in-law's 80th birthday at this exceptional restaurant in Sydney, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Silvia and her team provided warm, welcoming service that made us feel right at home. The ambiance was enhanced by the open fires fueled by ironbark wood, which added a unique smoky flavor to the dishes. Under the expert guidance of Head Chef Neil Nolan, every dish was a culinary delight. We indulged in the famous kangaroo skewers, which were perfectly tender, as well as the succulent octopus, delectable crab dumplings, and mouthwatering grilled prawns. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and creativity. The meal was accompanied by an impressive selection of champagne and expertly crafted cocktails, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. We will undoubtedly return for more of this extraordinary dining experience. A top Sydney restaurant that truly stands out and won't disappoint.

I had a wonderful experience at the Glass Brasserie. I reserved Afternoon Tea for a party of six. Due to the unpredictability of the trains, most of us were running late for the reservation. The staff at Glass Brasserie were extremely understanding of the situation and we were able to delay the reservation. The atmosphere was lovely and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the savoury and sweet menu. They also offered a wide range of teas which were all incredible. I would definitely recommend Glass Brasserie.

Dined at Margaret's on Friday 21st Feb for lunch. The entree that stood out was the sashimi of pearl meat, wonderfully textured with a zingy citrus tang from the white soy ponzu. For main the lamb cutlets with hassisa, 3 cutlets beautifully cooked with the hassisa having a gentle bite but not overpowering the cutlets. Enjoyed a fig and walnut pudding to finish. A light, beautifully textured dessert with the flavour of the fig punctuating each mouthful. Wait staff we friendly and informative. Wine matches were very good. The restaurant was busy and alive with the hum of conversations. I am looking forward to my next visit.
