Westerns Laundry is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant focusing on seafood & natural wines. The restaurant is located in the Islington/Highbury neighbourhood of North London. It opened in 2018 and is housed in a 1950's industrial building which used to be home to the largest commercial laundry in North London. The Ivy restaurant has been a firm fixture on London’s dining and social scene since 1917. The restaurant and private room upstairs are the epitome of real glamour. Such a fantastic restaurant, staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Food is absolutely outstanding and well presented. A true gem In Islington and cannot wait to host our wedding dinner there in 2025!!

Wonderful food, great service, will be back. Each of the dishes designed and prepared with care, leading to great results. House wine (both red and white) excellent and very reasonably priced.

We had a table booked for 7.00pm and were lucky to be seated by the window with a fantastic view of Tower Bridge and The Shard. Having been to 14 Hills previously we know that the restaurant is beautifully decorated and added to this were some lovely Christmas decorations. I ordered the Sea Bream, which was outstanding. My partner ordered the Turkey dinner but unfortunately his food was luke warm and the meat quite tough. He complained and was offered an alternative which was quickly brought to our table. Overall an enjoyable evening and thankfully the complaint was dealt with quickly and professionally. Would definitely go back.
