Westerns Laundry is a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant focusing on seafood & natural wines. The restaurant is located in the Islington/Highbury neighbourhood of North London. It opened in 2018 and is housed in a 1950's industrial building which used to be home to the largest commercial laundry in North London. It now boasts a beautiful 60 cover dining room, which opens onto an open 20 cover cobbled courtyard with olive trees as well as an intimate private dining room. Westerns Laundry has won numerous awards for excellence and originality and is a firm favourite on the London dining scene.

We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside.     Great dining experience! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, very warm ambience (and it was freezing outside!), and really interesting food. Not the cheapest, but all 6 of us thought it stood up very well against city centre restaurants.

    It was our wedding anniversary. We booked in advance which you must as it do gets very busy. We were in the Paddington area an hour before our 8.45 booking so we told them as we passed and they did call us as soon as a table was free. Which was a nice gesture from them. Then we were also given a glass of bubbly each and we felt very special. One of the other guests also bought us a drink as he’d noticed the fuss and it was just wonderful. We were very well taken care of by 2 people in particular. Alfredo and Fabrizio were brilliant, attentive and so friendly. The food was also spectacular and all our dishes were amazing. Thank you so much for a beautiful evening. X

    From the moment we arrived until the last sip of tea, this was an excellent experience. The food was delicious and the staff were incredible friendly and knowledgable. The waitstaff went the extra mile to ensure we had a lovely experience. Special mention to Anth who's attention to detail and enthusiasm were incredible and took our experience to the next level. I will definitely be back!
