Legendary chef Daniel Boulud created his namesake Maison Boulud to reinterpret French classics. At his downtown Montreal restaurant, artisanal Quebecois products and local ingredients are used to craft modern dishes.     Absolutely delicious food. Wonderful service other than a delay in getting our entreés due to a large group that was also there. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in Montreal.

    The decor is stunning, I love the style! The food was amazing and we are glad to have found a new spot in Montreal. The restaurant had a large table, so it was fairly busy, and service a bit slow. However, they are a brand new establishment and still working out the kinks. I really enjoyed the menu and every bite. We will be back and would highly recommend Sea-Me to foodies. You will be in for a treat!
