The meal began with a cocktail and a snack. The oyster caprese and uni snacks were phenomenal--fresh, balanced, and expertly crafted. We also had the rock fish crudo, octopus, and filet mignon. Our server, Christian, made excellent recommendations, and the sommelier was personable and insightful. Every dish was executed with precision, from the simplest bites to the more intricate plates.
