Since its opening, Brix 25 Restaurant has been hailed as one of the best restaurants in the Northwest. Brix 25° is Seasonal Northwest Cuisine. Chef/Owner Thad Lyman updates the menu seasonally and whenever the mood strikes, working with his team in an open kitchen. The menu is rustic and refined, rooted in Northwest products, embellished with classic cooking techniques. We are small and proud to be an intimate restaurant. Being smaller allows us to focus on delicious food, inventive hand crafted cocktails and a curated, Northwest focused wine list. Located on the waterfront in downtown Gig Harbor, our foremost goal is that every guest has a memorable experience.     First time experience - husbands birthday. Service was excellent (Kelly was our waiter). We started with Super Calamari Steak Strips, Lobster Risotto Bites and Dungeness Crabby Deviled Egg - all were amazing!!!! Ordered the Tantalizing Silky Pan Seared Salmon & Holy Halibut Macadamia - (Both were FIVE STAR) for main course. The atmosphere was great - for a May - December gay couple this was a excellent place to be yourself and enjoy each others company. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR THE FOOD AND SERVICE. FIVE STAR!!!!

    We had the most lovely dinner with a view at Salty’s on recommendation of a local friend. The calamari is phenomenal and crab cakes were just ok. I wish they included bread for the price point. I had the Steelhead and really loved it, other diners in our party had the clam chowder and scallops and also said they were great. We were, unfortunately, too full for dessert. Service was excellent and the view was everything we were looking forward to.
