Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. We were looking for a cozy place to eat on a rainy Seattle evening and Single Shot did not disappoint. The food was excellent. Craft cocktails were well balanced. Service was also on point. We noticed several regulars rolling in throughout our dining experience, all who were greeted warmly from the team at Single Shot. Always a good sign!! We will definitely be back!

Cafe Juanita never disappoints us. The food and service was amazing. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday (who loves cooking and food). The happiness on her face during the meal was wonderful. Sarah was our server and attentive to every detail and happy to discuss the food and wine with us. It was a wonderful night.
