Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks.     We were sat immediately for our 6:30 Christmas night reservation. Oyster sampler appetizer was fresh and tasty served with horseradish, mignonette,and cocktail sauce. Generous crab stuffing on grilled shrimp for me and delicious lobster sauce on the lobster stuffed sea bass special for my husband. Beautifully decorated for the holidays with a photo worthy waterfall in their side room. Our server did not rush us and was perfectly attentive. Overall we had a lovely dinner and will definitely be back

    Our family decided to try Eddie V’s in Paramus for Christmas Eve. Best decision! It was excellent service, delicious food and a festive atmosphere. We will be visiting again! A special shout out to Jaime for her excellent service!
