Clark and Schwenk, friends over the years, discussed starting a place of their own and traded ideas over what the menu would be like. Finally, at the beginning of 2007, they felt ready to strike out on their own and made that vision happen. “I looked around Atlanta and saw a need for a really good old-school restaurant,” Clark says. That restaurant would become C&S Oyster Bar, specializing in classic New York and Paris brasserie-style cuisine. Clark possesses a passion for French cuisine and claims that it comes from the French’s appreciation for balance. Their focus on vegetables, fish, and meat as the primary vehicles of flavor allow for emphasis to be placed on the freshness of the ingredients.Proper attire required.     We went for my wife’s birthday and it was perfect. She was happy with the entire experience and so was I. The food was amazing and we didn’t have to wait long. Everything was a 10/10, appetizers, drinks, entrees and desert. Our server Ershell was the best we have ever had at any restaurant. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon.

    Another great meal at BeetleCat! The donut brunch lights up my life, and I'm in a serious relationship with the lobster roll. I had the chef's selection of oysters this time... just excellent. Service is always personable and professional. I look forward to my next visit!

    I had the best time at C&S yesterday …. Every time I come in Alex is always so kind and personable and helpful with my weird OCD and anxiety he always accommodates me no matter the issue…. Then there is Mo my favorite server … he’s always on point with my orders no matter how particular and has this dope energy that engages and makes me laugh and he keeps my drinks flowing 🤣💜…. When you visit please ask for either of them and you WILL NOT be disappointed…. You’ll also have a great time!!!💃🏿💜🤞🏿🥰💜

    We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner at Seven Lamps! The atmosphere was so cool and our server, Cam, just made the experience that much better!! Food was amazing…5 stars all the way around !
