We went early midweek so the restaurant was quiet. Seating is roomy and the ambience is very appealing. Appetizers were delicious with a flavorful combination of ingredients and I recommend them all; hamachi ceviche, smoked swordfish dip, sweet corn empanadas. Our entries were the salmon and 32 oz Wagyu Tomahawk (shared by 3). All prepared as ordered and very tasty. Service was excellent. Great experience.

Everyone at our table enjoyed lunch immensely. I had the tuna tartare and it was excellent with creamy avocado and crispy plantain chips.

Food was delicious and fresh. Served nice and hot. Server and waitress were attentive and very pleasant. Looking forward to our next visit. Ambiance is very enjoyable.

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share this hidden gem on Military Trail, between 45th street and Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, West Palm Beach…INTI Peruvian Cuisine was worth the hour drive from our home. “Fine dining meets a cultural experience.” The space is intimate without feeling crowded or claustrophobic. The staff is attentive, kind and friendly. Pride in the service, quality and presentation. The food was artistry - I wish I had a photo of our neighbors surf n turf, large enough to feed two and masterpiece in visual presentation. To quote Steve: the food was better than any of his visits to Peru. And we both agree it was the best sangria we have had since our visit to Spain in 2000. Consistently delivers great food and great drinks. Pisco flight was so frosty and on pointe! You can never go wrong with their ceviche sampler, pescado a lo macho and lomo saltado. Also tried the tiny tuna tacos for the first time and they were soooooo goood!!!
