Effective 3/18/20 - The health and safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. As a result, we will be temporarily adjusting our operating hours and have updated our practices for everyone's safety.Pizza pies and craft beer is what we handle best. Individual brick oven-style pizzas with wood-fired crusts made with All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and house-made toppings along with Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, Panini’s and salads. Flour & Barley also features barrel aged & handcrafted cocktails as well as an extensive beer program with seasonal beers on draft and wine on draft.     Closest thing to authentic Italian Neapolitan wood fired pizza I've had in the states. The dough was delicious with the perfect chewy texture and charred crust. The toppings were unique but very well balanced and delicious. The SHORT RIB ALL’ARANCIA pizza had Short Rib, Fior Di Latte Fumella cheese, Orange Chimichurri, Chives, Mandarin Crisps, Tangerine Oil, Parmesan, and Pistachios. Sounds weird but was absolutely amazing. The BURRATA E PESTO had a White Sauce with Fior Di Latte cheese, Dorati Tomatoes, Basil, Pistachio Pesto, Burrata, Parmesan Frico, and a Balsamic Glaze. This was the winner at our table but the Short Rib was a close second. The service was fantastic with the right amount of attention. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! Will definitely be back.

    Went late afternoon. Numerous happy hour items available (happy hour 2-7). Split a Margherita Pizza and salad with my wife. Service was great and food was excellent and very reasonable! Highly reccomend!
