The pizza here is rectangular and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy, cheesy crust.     Another outstanding meal while visiting NYC. Found this chef owned restaurant with NY State wine list and amazing menu. I would have eaten almost anything on the menu. Ordered two starters to share: Spare ribs and Mac & Cheese with bacon. Just delicious! And filling. Theo recommended a great bottle of NY Cabernet. So glad we found this gem.

    Our first experience at Seraphina's and our party of seven it was great! The food was just out of this world, the service, outstanding and the value good. The restaurant had spacious seating and there was no rush like we experienced in others New York restaurants. A must visit!!

    We made our 2nd visit to Bar Dough on 11 February (our 1st being in September 24) and it certainly did not disappoint. We had just a good a time, if not better. The pizza's were amazing, the service was excellent,- we even had the same waitress -Grace- who looked after us so well, and the place was buzzing, as we had stumbled into trivia quiz night. Being Brits, many of the general knowledge questions were 'foreign' to us, but it stilll provided great entertainment. There are many great restaurants on Restaurant Row, but we would definitely recommend you visit here. Ray & Angela

    Finally decided to visit Franco’s for my birthday and I’m so mad at myself that it took me so long to finally come here. Best penne vodka I’ve ever tasted and the atmosphere is energetic yet calming at the same time. Franco’s is easily my new favorite Italian restaurant. Definitely plan on coming back very soon.
