Our UNICA pizza dough is made with a multigrain blend of ﬂours that is vitamin-rich and packed with ﬁbre while delivering the same delicious taste. Low in sugar and high in antioxidants, this is pizza that is good for you!Our restaurants are a little corner of Italia in south east London. What do you do when you want something done properly – especially when you’re a long way from home and you simply can’t find exactly what you’re looking for? Well, the tried and tested answer, of course, is to do it yourself – and that is exactly what Giuseppe, founder of Sapore Vero did, when he created our first Pizzeria in Beckenham, South East London – now entering its 11th year of trade – and then opened a 2nd in nearby Hither Green in 2019. After moving to London (quite some years ago now!), Giuseppe quickly found himself becoming frustrated with a lack of truly authentic Italian pizza, “that I liked”, as he puts it, produced using the methods that he grew up with, like generations before him, in his native Calabria, Southern Italy.

Fatto a Mano serves authentic Neapolitan pizza, sides and more. We use fresh ingredients in a warm, friendly environment. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we’re able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.We use independent producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, and wines imported directly from private Italian growers. Outstanding food , outstanding service. We were sat downstairs which was perfect. The pasta special was one of the nicest pastas I’ve had in ages. They made a fuss of my wife whose birthday it was, and we got lots of fun stories about Italy along the way. An extremely happy evening
