A typical food love story. A boy meets a girl while eating pizza. He attends culinary school and open’s a pizza restaurant named after the girl. Thus bringing us to Emily! The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Beyond the main event, the menu extends to include salads and sandwiches, which shouldn't be ignored (think an attention-grabbing burger and a top-notch spicy fried chicken sandwich). Please note, there will be a time limit of 1 hour 30 minutes for guests so we can fairly utilize our limited capacity. Our outdoor dining is enclosed with heaters that will keep you toasty!     Finalmente a casa, un ottima cena ottima scelta di menù e soprattutto senza strani ingredienti,swnza aglio dappertutto come ho trovato spesso qua a nyc, ma materie prime di qualità e semplici preparazioni come piacciono a noi..per lo meno per me che ho ordinato cose semplici (antipasti e tagliata di carne) )..gradito tantissimo tutto, la invidia di contorno alla carne buonissima così come le patate davvero croccanti fatte in una maniera insolita davvero ..pane con olio graditissimo fatto il bis .. e dulcisinfundo buon caffè...ottimo conto anzi guardandosi intorno direi giusto..bravissimi camerieri

    Abbiamo mangiato una buona a pizza, altri hanno assaggiato le tagliatelle con ragù di funghi, tutto buono a prezzi normali per Manhattan. Abbiamo dovuto attendere un pochino per il tavolo ma complessivamente anche il servizio è stato buono. Vendono prodotti italiani

    What an amazing family dinner! We went because I’m an armcherry fan and Dax and Monica did us right! My 19 and 20 year olds enjoyed their EMMY burger and the chicken parm sandwich was a great alternate for people that don’t eat red meat. The vibe was on point and we were cozy as we enjoyed our first NYC family dinner together. The management was very friendly and super friendly and attentive. Oh the cheesy breadsticks were superb! Just go!
