We had a party of 13 and they setup a nice table in the back for us. The waiters were nice and really did a good job. They even took a few photos of us after with a smile. It was not too crowded which made it feel like a private room but it was by no means dead in the restaurant, as they were 80% full. Would recommend for bigger parties to consider this venue. I’ve always loved Serafina on Madison Avenue and have consistently had great experiences. However, last night was disappointing. Our server, an older gentleman, seemed unfriendly and was absent for much of our meal. This impacted the overall experience. I hope you can ensure that all staff members are welcoming and attentive to maintain the high standard I’ve come to expect from Serafina.

Great spot for large groups! Not strict on late comers, and had some flexibility with how long we stayed—Typically tables are kept 1.5 hours but they let us stay for 2 hours which was perfect. Our server was very attentive and kind. Really appreciative of our experience here! Food is good, a little pricy for pizzas but honestly to be expected for nyc. Thank you again!

Absolutely incredible!! Loved everything about it from the food to service to ambiance. So happy this is in Montclair

We loved dining with friends at Pizzaiolo! They have a great menu from which to choose. The service is outstanding. The good delicious. We are out-of-towners there but return with each visit to the area. It is a neighborhood gem. A must go-to!
