Die beste Gans in ganz Frankfurt und wir haben dieses Jahr wirklich viele getestet. Seit vielen Jahren schon. Groß und saftig und perfekt auf den Punkt dazu ein hervorragender Rotwein (Les Brumes)  im klassischen Bistro. Was will der Mensch mehr?

Outstanding! One of the beat restaurants on our trip! This was actually out second visit as we ate here 2 years ago and were just as thrilled this time. A cozy, historic building; great menu; great regional wine offerings: super staff. Would give more stars if I was able to!

If you are looking for a fancy presentation or over-staged dinner, this isn't your place. But if you want an authentic atmosphere and home cooking, this is it. It is not geared for tourists or would-be connoisseurs, this is a German restaurant where Germans enjoy food and company and community. Fun and funny.

Outstanding location. You are in the City but it seems to be immersed far away from traffic and noise. Tables are placed in a way to give the right intimacy. The staff, from when the welcome you, till the end, is very professional. We were four and went for a four course menu. It was possible to select dishes as we wanted, a clear signal to be close to customer desires. The food was perfect, a mix of flavour and texture unique experience. We ask advises for the wine, and what suggested met our expectation. At the end a perfect place for an intimate dinner but also for a business dinner. Please keep this level!

Ein Wechsel bei der Bedienung, der tolle Standard bleibt. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, höflich, freundlich. Das Essen war auch wieder pruma znd mehr als ausreichend. Ein Kartoffelstampf zum Hinknien, ein Sauerkraut mit perfekter Säure. Champignonrahm Sosse auf bestem Fleisch.
