I had the 14 ounce Ribeye that was cooked to nearly perfection, good sear on each side, just hair more medium than the medium rare I ordered. I would have liked a little more dry rub on the steak, but that’s more of a personal preference than a slight on this steak. The steak came with mashed potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts that were cooked perfectly.
