I have been dining at Sunset Grill for 20 years and always enjoyed it. They closed for 8 months for a complete renovation and the result is an elevated dining experience. The staff was extremely attentive. The chef came out to greet us and ask if we had any questions about the menu or special requests. The new wine list is amazing. I cannot wait to return.

This was so lovely. Didn’t expect it to be a hotel restaurant but it was delicious and delightful. Service was so kind. I wouldn’t say it’s local food but a good meal nonetheless!

In short We celebrated our 46th Wedding Anniversary with a dinner at Hyatt. And it was great! The waiters were very Friendly and helpful including the communication was 5 stars worth. Will surely repeat Especially for the complimentary anniversary Cake!!! Please consider put this cake on the Menu as dessert? PLEAZE?? :-) Hope to come back when Ruinas del Mar is open again... See you then!!! Btw keep us posted on the reopening. Abrazos also to the Waiters Croes, the Waiter from Cali, Colombia and The waiter from the Philippines.
