The Fisherman's Restaurant has been serving Seattle since 1976 for over thirty years, at the end of Miners Landing. We loved the sushi selection from chef’s omakase menu, and delicate delicious cooked food from the kitchen. Overall, we had a great experience at Sushi Kashib, even though chef Shiro Kashiba wasn’t represent.

We were seated at our reservation time at a premium table. Our waitress was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and efficient. Salad was unique and very flavorful. Small plate to share at Nichol’s recommendation, of scallops was outstanding. Main courses were again unique, flavorful, and exquisite. Desert was to die for. Best meals we’ve had, ever, in Seattle! Can’t wait to return.

Marcus was our server … absolutely phenomenal. We traveled from Boston to Seattle and have been looking forward to dining @ Palisade for several weeks. As always, the Palisade team deserves an Olympic Gold medal for providing an extraordinary experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
