Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. I had the black cod and it was absolutely amazing 👍 buttery and flavorful, excellent! My daughter had the steak and fries and enjoyed them but she said they were very salty. The oysters we had were small but fresh and delicious. That said, I didn't like being told to go online to see the menu. Can't give each of us a printed menu? I thought that was rude. There were four of us and they never gave us 4 menus, so we had to share them.

Phenomenal. While the food and ambiance are both wonderful, the service is outstanding! Every team member made my husband and I feel meticulously attended to while we enjoyed his birthday dinner. A birthday card with a handwritten note was a great special touch. Well done Ruxton! It was a pleasure!
