Even if it's beyond your backyard, this member of our family of fine restaurants (established in 2006) is well worth the trip. Vivid colors, an open kitchen, and delicious, homestyle aromas immediately tell you: You've come the right place. In fact, Perry Hall features a spacious private party room for 80 that can be easily divided into two intimate rooms of 30. The staff was wonderful on Christmas Eve! Our server Julia was awesome and super accommodating. Elsa, the manager was very sweet and sent my wife an amazing dessert for her Birthday. We had a great time and the views from the upper level at Christmas were beautiful. There were some rowdy Christmas revealers at the bar but Elsa quieted them down. 😎 I highly recommend the restaurant for any occasion. We had a party of seven and everyone left very happy and satisfied.

Buffet was nice, but for the cost the food temperature should have been monitored better. Things were warm at best and the chicken and steak you could tell had been out for awhile.

Wonderful Christmas Eve experience at the Ruxton. We opted for a late lunch and were totally satisfied with the service, ambiance and (of course) the food. My filet was prepared exactly as requested and it was extremely tender and delicious. My wife’s salmon dish was equally satisfying. If you haven’t been to the Ruxton yet, you have to try it. You won’t be disappointed!
