Everything from the drinks to the dessert were top notch! Stephanie and her assistant (Jeremy ?) took exceptional care of us. We are never disappointed in our experience at Ruby’s and last night was no different.

Excellent lunch experience before show at Aronoff. Received very nice service from reception desk and our server, Eliza. I enjoyed Manhattan perfectly made to my specifics. My husband was most pleased with his bowl of burgoo and pot roast meal. I was very pleased with my bowl of burgoo and Caesar salad. Eliza promptly corrected misunderstanding with my salad. Price was appropriate for quality of food & drink. Recommend reservations for about two hours before show time. Pace here is more on par with dining in Europe which my husband and I appreciated.

Thank you so much for doing your best to accommodate us! We have made it a yearly tradition to dine at the restaurant the day after Thanksgiving to enjoy the tree lighting on the square. Despite our large party, we were sitting near the window (as requested) and my 4 year old daughter was able to enjoy the tree when it was lit up. In addition, the food and service were top notch as always!

We don't eat out often. When we do McCormick and Schmicks is our go to for fine dining. The food and service and ambience are exemplary. Our server Skylar was an absolute delight. Skylar prepared special cocktails for us at our table and she made us feel special. Thank you for a lovely day out.
