La Bistro Italian Restaurant, in Hurst has been serving fine cuisine with passion and knowhow in its elegant and inviting eatery for 38 years! For a delicious start to your meal, enjoy the Maryland Blue Crab Cakes or Charcuterie Board. Homemade pastas, such as the 16 layer baked lasagna or the fettuccine primavera with spring veggies in a creamy sauce and the pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass are some of the diners’ favorite meals. We eat at Next about every two months. We make a reservation in advance and always get seated promptly. Service has always been great, and so is the food. We don't drink, so cannot comment on the wine selection. From what I hear at other tables, it appears to be quite a selection. I do prefer to sit in the main dining room for better ambiance , but we have sat in the back room as well.

I've been to the Catch in Vegas and it was amazing so I've been looking forward to this location opening. Everything exceeded my expectations. The venue is stunning, all of the staff was so friendly and attentive. Our meal was coursed appropriately and everything we ate was divine! Sometimes when restaurants expand to a new city, they lose the same high level of quality and care. Not Catch! Thank you for an amazing night. I'll be back again and again.
