FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. Sandbar is an absolute delight! Kenny was our server , he could not have been more friendly or attentive! The food was sheer perfection! The atmosphere always feels warm, inviting, but upscale at the same tone . There is a man who brings the food to the table , it’s always the same man , I need to find out his name ,,,, he is always full of Joy when bringing out your dinner! Yes… Sandbar is our very favorite restaurant !

Such an amazing experience! It was as if we were in the comfort of our own home, entertaining. The difference was, we didn’t have to do any of the work. We enjoyed every minute of it and highly recommend.
