FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. We dined at Opus and took advantage of the $59.99 prix fixe menu. What a deal!! Almost everything that is on the standard menu is on here, though a few require a $5 up charge. The portion sizes are the same as the standard ones. We were a group of 4 and had 4 different appetizers, 4 different entrees and 4 different desserts- everything was excellent!
