We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week.Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments. Please note that as operating costs associated with small business operations continue to rise, we include a 20% service charge on your bill. If you would like this removed, we are happy to do so. Thank you for your support and understanding and helping us all keep independent restaurants a viable pursuit.

    It's been quite some time since I've had a flawless dining experience, but this restaurant truly delivered a 10/10! From the delectable food to the impeccable service, everything was spot on. Colin, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic evening. He expertly split our entrée and our tab, making it the perfect hassle-free girls' night out. We can't wait to return and soak up the summer vibes!

    This was my wife's and my first experience at Ocean Prime and we could not speak more positively about the experience. Robert, the restaurant manager, gave us the sweet assist upstairs. Then we were fortunate to be matched with our server, Tim, who painted a Monet-style painting with his words when walking us through the menu. Large portions, the ability to halve sides, great cocktails - top-notch across the board. I ordered the 10 oz Filet Mignon and it was the best steak I've had all year, bar none. The environment and experience exceeded our expectations! Thank you Robert + Tim for a great first experience! We will look forward to coming back soon! Big cheers
