It's one of our new favorite date night spots. A hidden gem in Louisville.

Mesh has a lovely and lively atmosphere (in the bar area) and the wait staff is very good. However, the food is just ok. My dining partner ordered the special which included a 4 oz. filet of beef and 2 grilled shrimp. He ate maybe half the steak and said it was "just ok". I ordered the Beet Salad and Roasted Carrots. The salad was good but had way too much dressing on it and the carrots were undercooked. Our server (Hannah) was fantastic. The food--just ok.

Second time there and it was as delicious as the first time. May be one the best ribeyes I have ever had! And the steak fries…… OMG!

We love Ruth Chris’ happy hour in the bar. Beautiful setting, wonderful food and drinks and excellent happy hour prices. Bobby was our server. He’s the best. Very friendly and personable. They were all out of the amazing zucchini fries, which I had so been looking forward to. Bummer. We will definitely be back soon.

Great first time experience. I ordered a wedge salad and the 7 ounce sirloin with a side of the truffle deviled eggs. Everything was fantastic steak was perfectly cooked and seemed larger than a 7 ounce. If I had any thing to critique, it would be that I didn’t particularly care for the candied bacon with the deviled eggs, but just a personal preference. Exceptional value !
