FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. My friends and I went here for lunch yesterday and absolutely loved the entire experience. The food was delicious - I had the Impossible Burger; the burger was fantastic and the fries were crispy, thin, and still hot. My friends really enjoyed their meals, too. And the apple crisp dessert was so tasty and perfectly autumnal. The vibe there is great and the service was excellent. I look forward to go back again!

Such an amazing experience! It was as if we were in the comfort of our own home, entertaining. The difference was, we didn’t have to do any of the work. We enjoyed every minute of it and highly recommend.

Food and entire experience were outstanding. We had 17 different and very imaginative dishes. The presentation, preparation and quality were extremely impressive. It is a unique and amazing experience, especially having it in Oyster Bay. The food was some of the best I have ever had, and I have eaten all over the world. The wine pairing truly enhanced the experience. It was extremely expensive, but totally worth it.
