The Bibendum Oyster Bar - a local stalwart - is steered masterfully under the direction of Lyon born 2 Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi. The large tiled foyer of the great Michelin building remains, and it’s great for a glass of fizz and a few oysters (there are always many varieties to choose from), and also perfect to stay a bit longer for a more leisurely lunch or dinner. Our inspiration is the Zeus Faber… John Dory, one of many local fish that can be fished sustainably and from our shores and although it has a wonderful Latin come Greek name it also has a very British name, John Dory. Faber is the Latin word for ‘Smith’ – Like a few other Latin occupational names (e.g. Agricola for farmer, Nauta for sailor). It’s become our new regular spot as a family. Brenda, Alesio and Veronica were especially lovely this time (apologies if the spelling is wrong). Haven’t had a single bad experience at Big Easy Chelsea so far and as a family we always look forward to the next visit as soon as we leave. We have a New Years reservation booked already! Food, company, and vibe always fantastic. Bravo Big Easy Chelsea x

We had a fabulous lunch at Faber, the service was excellent. Highly recommend the cod cheek skewers and bbq pollock, delicious!

Loved everything about our experience here. Excellent service from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed the view of the seafood from the counter seating and loved all the dishes especially the monkfish checks with snails and the very fresh seafood cocktail. Don’t forget to get the sponge cake dessert !

Beautiful food and exceptional service - the best I’ve experienced in London in a long time. We dined as a big group for my wife’s birthday - food and service was top quality, and all the staff including the chef went out of their way to make sure all our guests had a brilliant time from start to finish !
