    I celebrated my 60th birthday at Jeff Ruby's in Louisville, KY , and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! Every aspect of the evening was exceptional, beginning with the warm and elegant ambiance that set the tone for a truly special celebration. The meal itself was nothing short of perfection. Each dish, from the salad to dessert, was crafted with impeccable attention to detail. My steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides were equally outstanding—every bite felt like a celebration in its own right. The dessert, which capped off the evening, was a masterpiece, both in taste and presentation. A huge shoutout to our server, Darrell, who was the epitome of professionalism and charm. His suggestions were spot on and added so much to our dining experience. From wine pairings to menu recommendations, he guided us with confidence and enthusiasm, ensuring that every choice we made was a winner. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly valued, turning an already great evening into something extraordinary.

    Excellent food, ambiance, and experience. Ross was an amazing server. He was very personable and knowledgeable and enhanced the experience. The server assistant was kind and helpful.     We always choose the 1st street White Castle to spend Valentine’s Day at. The staff is always so kind and they really seem to enjoy how things are ran on this special occasion. It’s always a great time. I can’t wait to go again next year!
