Chef Tomas Bermudez keeps a keen eye on all that enters the kitchen, sourcing the highest quality seafood mostly from the Pacific Coast of Mexico, supporting local small scale producers.Great wine list with many natural options in it.The seasonal cocktail list is worth a try.San Pellegrino´s Latin America´s 50 Best Restaurants Award for its quality and ambience.When reserving it is not possible to guarantee a specific table or location in the restaurant, although we always try to do our best. We have 10 minutes tolerance for reservation times, after that it is a no show. What an amazing experience - food was delicious, service on point, and everything about the place was fantastic! The only thing we did care for was the pulpo and potato warm salad - the octopus was slimy. We loved the fish a talla, tuna tostada, shrimp aguachille and fig tart.

Un momento muy agradable y lleno de atención, sabores inventivas en un ambiente festivo y luminoso. Los vinos estuvieron muy buenos. El sommelier que habla francés y los meseros estuvieron impecables. Un restaurante de gran factura !
