The Palm is renowned for its USDA Prime aged steaks, jumbo Nova Scotia lobsters, authentic Italian dishes, the freshest of seafood, warm smiles, outstanding service, and an atmosphere like nowhere else. The Palm East Hampton, located inside the picturesque Huntting Inn, was the sixth Palm Restaurant to open after the Manhattan original in 1926. The Palm has been located inside the beautiful 300-year-old Country Inn situated on the town's famous Main Street since 1980, and has been an East Hampton tradition ever since.

The restaurant at Baron’s Cove features classic, all-American cuisine with a separate lounge and bar area, welcoming hotel guests as well as local visitors. In 2023 & 2024 the restaurant was awarded with the "Award of Excellence" by Wine Spectator.While dining with us enjoy panoramic views from a table on the deck! The primary and private dining rooms are located in the original first floor gathering spaces. The intimate restaurant deftly juxtaposes modern orange vinyl chairs with black and white portraits of Bridgehampton’s agrarian history, handblown glassware with delicate seasonal flowers. Featuring one-on-one service, the restaurant cozily seats 50 while offering a more relaxed atmosphere in the warm months on our private patio, which has been reconfigured to capture the beauty and peacefulness of our Inn’s garden. Our thoughtfully playful dinner menus change bi-weekly, with the season, and feature the best available, locally-gathered ingredients. That means 800+ recipes a year - how exciting! Each week: the menu consistently serves a form of duck and fish, an iteration of the fritter - lobster, artichoke, zucchini - and our all-time favorite cheeses found at Loaves & Fishes Food Store on cheese stones.

    Always great service and food! We started with the popcorn shrimp, then moved onto the sunrise burger and lobster roll! All were delicious.

    Michael Jordan's never disappoints. It was my husbands birthday & he loves MJ, so we drove an hour or so for dinner. He had the grilled octopus for an app & the NY strip. I had the wedge salad (the best !) & filet lollipops. The lollipops were an app but there was alot of meat. Everything was excellent. Our server was attentive & helpful with questions we had. My husband had the baked alaska for dessert. Another reason we keep coming back. I don't know another restaurant that has it. Overall, great food cooked perfectly & great service. Thank you !!

    Very nice stay at Barons Cove. The Christmas dinner was good but excellent. The desserts were excellent. The foggy pudding with espresso gelato was worth waiting fir it to end the experience on a high nite. We didn’t except exceptional since it’s Christmas Day but it was good. Service was very slow however the staff were delightful and attentive when they came to the table. Thank you for making our Christmas special for a couple who had no plans or family to visit for the holiday

    Best dinner in East Hampton. Steak was wonderfully cooked. Chris is a great GM and manages the restaurant well. Kayla was an exceptional server and the wedge Salas was to die for
