La Bistro Italian Restaurant, in Hurst has been serving fine cuisine with passion and knowhow in its elegant and inviting eatery for 38 years! For a delicious start to your meal, enjoy the Maryland Blue Crab Cakes or Charcuterie Board. Homemade pastas, such as the 16 layer baked lasagna or the fettuccine primavera with spring veggies in a creamy sauce and the pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass are some of the diners’ favorite meals. La Bistro Italian Restaurant’s house specialties include the chicken La Bistro with portobello mushrooms and shallots in a brandy dill sauce, the veal Jerusalem sautéed with artichoke hearts and fresh garlic and the filet mignon madeira in a luscious wine and mushroom sauce. La Bistro is one of a small handful of restaurants in the DFW area that dry-ages it's beef in-house. At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available.     The entire staff, including the front desk and full team of servers, was wonderful. Food was great and consistent with other Catch meals we’ve had previously in NYC. We had our infant with us so we booked an early reservation, and while the restaurant was decently busy at 5pm, by the time we left at 7:45pm it was packed and definitely a place to be!

    We love La Bistro! We come here for quite date nights and to celebrate with family and friends! They always make us feel like their special guests. The food is always wonderful and service is pleasant. We appreciate they do not rush us so we can enjoy the dining experience.

    I mistakenly made a reservation for two people when booking through the app. When I called the restaurant, they kindly and quickly changed it to three people. When we arrived, the place was very crowded (which is expected since it was Christmas Day lunch), and it took about 10 minutes to be seated. However, the staff was always timely and attentive, and except for the Fried Mushroom appetizer, all the dishes were brought out quickly, allowing us to have a pleasant dining experience. Even during the peak Christmas time, the staff were all professional and friendly. Thank you for the delicious meal.
