Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in an easy-going, informal setting. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo). Our family has a tradition of dinner out – usually a premiere steakhouse - on Christmas. Last year was our first time at Eddie Merlot‘s and it was outstanding, so we chose to dine here again this year - the experience was just as excellent. We had an amazing waiter, Nick, and he took care of everything we needed. We ordered Potstickers as an appetizer - best I’ve had; then for dinner we had Surf and Turf (Filet Mignon & Lobster) and Bourbon Ribeye - all excellent!

Our first waitress was very friendly and very knowledgeable but the second one we had didn’t make us feel very welcome, she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Over all we were happy the raspberry martini was excellent and it was our first time here

Our tasting experience was fair but our meal and service with Sam was outstanding. He was very friendly and attentive and made us feel like it mattered that we were at Cooper’s Hawk for our meal. Food, service, wine was awesome!
