We miss some items on the old menu. Maybe they will do them as specials. Also would love another sparkling by the glass, not just prosecco or a 1/2 bottle. But that is not ruining our next visit.

As usual, the food always meets our expectations, the staff and the warm, friendly atmosphere always make our visit to Dario’s an enjoyable and satisfying experience.

We’ve stayed at the hotel and enjoyed dining here many times. Today the food was good and the server was very pleasant but it was very slow. 30 minutes to get a drink because there’s no bartender and the server had to prepare the drinks. Definitely tarnished our usual good experience. :(

The chopped salad was delicious with the pistachio vinaigrette dressing! Great! Oysters were good. Salmon with corn was excellent, 3 people at our table got the bolognese and all loved it! We will be back!

Without question the finest restaurant, food presentation and service in Vero Beach. It was our first time but not our last!
