Hutong at The Shard’s cuisine takes its inspiration from the dishes served in the imperial palaces of what was then Peking. The decor is all oriental splendour and the atmosphere relaxed and friendly. What's cooking? Traditional Chinese fare. Signature dishes include crispy fragrant duck, steamed seabass and mixed seafood platter.
