Simmer Huang launched on the market in 2004. The main feature of its dish is to apply the traditional cooking method of ‘simmering’ to modern catering. It is cooked completely by the water of the food itself, without adding water to the pot. Haidilao has a nice and friendly ambience then food taste good as well. All meats taste nice especially the sukiyaki soup its very flavourful. I hope they will add some barbecue experience as well
