Butera's Restaurant of Sayville is a full service, fine dining "Family-Style" Italian restaurant serving seafood, steaks, veal, chicken and pastas dishes. This is the best restaurant in Glen Cove and possibly in the entire area around it. The food is consistently excellent. The service great and the owner is an extremely gracious host.

Great food and excellent service. Manager Paul is great. Shrimp Butera dish is fantastic as is the Chicken Scarpiello. Almond Amaretto dessert is great too. We drive 35 minutes to come here regularly.

The service was excellent. Our waitress was very personable and friendly. The bus boy was on top of everything. When we asked for something there was no waiting. Probably the best service I’ve had in all the times I’ve been there. Very happy

Haven't been to Butera's in years. It's better than ever. Joe was our server, one of the best waiters we have encountered. There is an open policy to change sides or how your entree is prepared. We will be returning.
