Last night I was happy to see the line being run by two young women whose culinary skills were excellent and represent one of several aspects that make me an Ardo fan. Bar ARDO is an absolute gem for anyone who appreciates authentic Sicilian flavors and impeccable hospitality. The red wild shrimp and raw scallops were nothing short of exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The rigatoni was equally delightful, perfectly cooked and rich with taste. The service was impeccable, attentive without being overbearing, and the evening was made even more special when Chef Roberto Marotta himself took the time to visit our table and chat with us. This personal touch elevated the experience, showcasing the passion and dedication behind the cuisine. Bar ARDO offers a dining experience that’s both memorable and heartfelt. I can’t wait to return!
