At Waters Restaurant – Sundance Square, we source the freshest wild, seasonal, and sustainable seafood available. Our style brings together flavors of the southwest, with hints of Louisiana, but our featured ingredients themselves typically speak the loudest. Our Signature Gumbo hastens back to some Creole roots when Jon Bonnell cooked in the French Quarter of New Orleans, while our beef gets the royal treatment Chef Felli has made famous for much of his career. Diver scallops from Maine get a slight TexMex makeover after being perfectly golden-crust-seared, while jumbo lump crabcakes celebrate beautifully fresh crab as their essence, never loaded with fillers just to save a buck. We will never utilize third-world fish farms, cheap seafood substitutes, artificial flavorings, or exploit threatened species at Waters.     We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday Trevor’s service was outstanding! Very attentive to our needs Overall the food choices were excellent! One guest wasn’t excited about the fried ribeye but everyone else enjoyed their meal choices. I love Fixe especially for the biscuits and fried chicken! The whole dining experience was awesome and I will definitely be back!

    I arrived late for my reservation but, was still accommodated. The music was not so loud that you could not have a conversation. Our server David was great. The overall customer service was a 10/10. The food was soooo delicious. I ordered catfish, lobster Mac n cheese & okra. My friend ordered greens & they were really good. I’m new to Dallas & will definitely bring every visitor here.

    Everything was super phenomenal! Our fantastic server, Sergio was the absolute BEST!! Our Main dishes were so impressive and delicious and with our party of 4; we tried just about all of the side dishes and each dish was extremely satisfying and delicious! Love this restaurant!     Both the food and service were outstanding. Had the deviled eggs as the appetized but should probably have tried the recommended cornbread or Fuyu Persimmon Carpaccio. I had the short ribs which were so tender I could just touch them with my fork, and the sides were delicious. My other half had the Kurobuta Pork Chop, which from my taste was also perfectly prepared. We took their suggestion for the Apple Pie Bread Pudding for dessert and it did not disappoint. Drinks were well presented and just right. Highly recommend.
