Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. As a result, we will be temporarily adjusting our operating hours and have updated our practices for everyone's safety.Pizza pies and craft beer is what we handle best. Individual brick oven-style pizzas with wood-fired crusts made with All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and house-made toppings along with Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, Panini’s and salads. Flour & Barley also features barrel aged & handcrafted cocktails as well as an extensive beer program with seasonal beers on draft and wine on draft. We honestly love Nellie’s! Since trying it out 1.5 years ago, we have returned about 6 times and it’s amazing. Service is top tier, food is amazing and consistent service brings us back every single time. We will be loyal returners for years to come. My favorite is the catfish and the greens!

The ambiance here is pretty cool. It has a very modern industrial look to it however the lighting is very dim. We are all in our 30’s and felt like we needed a reading light to see the menu lol. We did have a hard time finding the place but that’s consistent with every restaurant inside a casino in Vegas just make time for that if you have a reservation! We came here for breakfast. Our food was good. Nothing to write home about but overall good. Cons: The chicken (which is what they are known for) on all of our dishes wasn’t very crispy. It’s fried chicken so that was a little disappointing. the hash-browns look good but also weren’t crispy and flavor was 2/10. The Bloody Mary was good but seemed to have an off after taste. Pros: The mimosa with fresh squeezed orange juice was 10/10. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. Gravy had amazing flavor. The eggs were perfectly cooked, drinks were consistently refilled and empty plates removed in a timely manner. Our server was friendly and efficient. Overall it’s was a good experience.
